OFFICE LOCATION
We are located in Suite 365 in the Doctors’ Office Building, directly above the 7th Avenue Pharmacy. There is street parking near the entrance, as well as valet parking under the pedestrian bridge on 7th Avenue. Additional handicapped parking and access is available in the cul-de-sac between the DOB and E-Building. Please call our office if you need special assistance.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please remember to bring your insurance cards and a valid photo I.D. as well as an updated list of medications with you to all visits. While our office staff will do their best to assist you in determining your eligibility for coverage, it is the insured member’s responsibility to understand eligibility and benefits before receiving medical care.
RADIOLOGY NOTICE
If you have had any prior images or medical studies (i.e. X-rays and MRI) related to your visit taken outside of TowerHealth, please be sure to bring a copy of the images and reports to your appointment. Please note that all X-rays performed at our office are billed through Tower Health.
PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
Our office will call you 24-48 hours before your appointment to update your medications and medical history and confirm any recent studies to help expedite your appointment. We encourage you to register for a MyTowerHealth account through Reading Hospital. After registration, this account can be used to make follow-up appointments, request medication refills, and ask your doctor questions.

If you have tested positive for COVID-19 please call the office to reschedule your appointment.
Patient Forms
New patients or established patients who have not been seen within Tower Health in the past 3 years will need to complete registration paperwork prior to seeing one of our providers. To expedite your visit, this paperwork is available here on our website. We encourage our new patients to bring completed paperwork to your visit. You may also pre-register prior to your arrival via the MyTowerHealth portal.
If you have had images or medical studies taken outside of Tower Health, please also be sure to have a copy of all images and reports with you on the day of your appointment.

Insurance Information
Bone & Joint Care Center participates with many insurance plans. As a participating provider, we will accept the carrier’s allowable amount. Patients are responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, co-insurance amounts and/or deductibles, as well as payment for services not normally covered by the carrier. If the patient is insured under a plan that we do not participate with, we can make arrangements to courtesy bill the carrier. However, the patient is responsible for the bill in its entirety. Our office also accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, including HSA and FSA debit cards as well as cash and personal checks as methods of payment.
